Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of peptidelaunch.co (the "Site") and any services PeptideLaunch, operated by L&T Media ("PeptideLaunch," "we," "us," or "our"), provides to you. By using the Site, submitting the intake form, booking a call, or engaging us as a client, you agree to these Terms. If you're entering into an engagement on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. Where a signed service agreement or statement of work conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Description of services
PeptideLaunch builds and launches research-supply ("RUO") e-commerce stores and clinician-led telehealth brands for clients, and runs compliant paid advertising and marketing on their behalf. Depending on the package, this can include brand and site build, payment and fulfillment setup, creative production, paid media management, and account/compliance support. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for a given engagement are set out in that client's service agreement, order form, or the package description presented at booking — not on this page.
Not medical advice; research use only
PeptideLaunch is a marketing, technology, and brand-build service. We are not a pharmacy, clinic, manufacturer, or distributor of any product, and nothing on the Site or in our services constitutes medical advice, a medical device, or a recommendation to use any compound. Where we support a client's research-supply store, products referenced are sold by the client (or the client's suppliers) as research use only and not for human consumption, and PeptideLaunch takes no position on and makes no claims about safety or efficacy. Where we support a client's telehealth brand, any clinical evaluation, prescribing, or medical advice is provided solely by the client's independent, licensed clinicians and pharmacies — not by PeptideLaunch.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or engage our services. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit to us and for keeping any account or portal credentials we provide you confidential.
Booking, communications, and leads
Submitting the intake form or booking a call is not itself an engagement of services — it's a request for a conversation. Calls are scheduled through our third-party scheduling provider (Calendly), whose own terms also apply to that booking. By submitting the form or booking a call, you consent to being contacted by phone, email, or text about your enquiry.
Fees and payment
Fees for services (including any build fee and recurring monthly fee) are as agreed in your service agreement or order form at the time you engage us, and are subject to change for future engagements or renewal terms. Except as stated in your service agreement, fees are non-refundable once work has begun, including ad spend passed through to a media platform on your behalf. Late payment may result in pausing work, including paused advertising accounts, until the account is brought current.
Client responsibilities and compliance
If you engage us to build or advertise a research-supply store or telehealth brand, you remain solely responsible for your own business's compliance with applicable law, including product labeling, research-use-only restrictions, state and federal regulations governing your category, payment processor and advertising-platform policies, and any licensing your business or clinician network requires. We'll flag compliance issues we notice and build with restrictions in mind, but we do not provide legal advice, and our review is not a substitute for your own legal counsel.
Intellectual property
The Site, its design, copy, and underlying code belong to PeptideLaunch. Deliverables we build specifically for a client (their store, brand assets, ad creative, and similar work product) become the client's property once fees for that work are paid in full, except for our own pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how, which we retain and may reuse across clients.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to access it by unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it to submit false or fraudulent information.
Disclaimers
The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee any specific business result, revenue figure, advertising cost, or approval outcome from any ad platform, payment processor, or regulator — results referenced on the Site (including any case-study figures) reflect a specific client's specific outcome over a specific period and are not typical or guaranteed for any other business.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptideLaunch and L&T Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PeptideLaunch and L&T Media harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your products, your business's regulatory compliance, your use of the Site, or your breach of these Terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable service agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
