Overview

PeptideLaunch is a brand-build and paid-media service operated by L&T Media ("PeptideLaunch," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through peptidelaunch.co (the "Site"), why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, form submissions, and clients we work with directly. It does not apply to the separate stores, apps, or telehealth portals that clients launch under their own brands using our services — those are governed by each client's own privacy policy.

Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways:

• Information you submit. When you fill out the intake form or book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the track you're interested in (research-supply store or telehealth brand), business stage, budget range, prior experience, and any notes you provide.
• Scheduling information. If you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the date, time, and contact details needed to confirm and remind you of the appointment.
• Usage information. We automatically collect standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location — through the Site and our advertising and analytics tools.
• Advertising identifiers. If you arrive from a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad, our Meta Pixel records the interaction so we can measure ad performance and build lookalike or retargeting audiences.
• Information from communications. If you email us or message us, we keep a record of that correspondence.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Respond to enquiries, schedule and prepare for calls, and follow up on unfinished form submissions;
• Evaluate fit for our services and, where you become a client, deliver the build, advertising, and account-management work described in your service agreement;
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site;
• Measure and optimize our own advertising, including attribution and conversion tracking; and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information you submit to us to market unrelated third-party products.

Cookies and tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) for essential functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement, including the Meta Pixel described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect how the Site functions and will limit our ability to measure ad performance accurately.

Third-party services

We rely on outside providers to run the Site and our operations, including scheduling (Calendly), customer relationship management and messaging tools, email delivery, hosting and content delivery, and advertising platforms (Meta). These providers process information on our behalf and have their own privacy practices governing the data they handle. We share only what each provider needs to perform its function.

How we share information

Beyond the service providers above, we share information only:

• With your consent;
• As required by law, subpoena, or other legal process;
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of PeptideLaunch, our clients, or others; or
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

Data retention

We keep lead and client information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, service an active engagement, meet our contractual and legal obligations, and maintain business records. Marketing and advertising data (such as pixel events) is retained per the applicable platform's own retention windows.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (for example, state privacy laws in the U.S.). We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls on the systems we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and business operators, not children. The Site is not intended for use by anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International visitors

PeptideLaunch is operated from the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
